You Receive an error message while entering your shipping information:

•  Double check all your information to confirm it's accuracy.

• We also do not ship in the state of Illinois at this time. Customer who attempt to use a Illinois shipping address will receive a error message stating "Required fields were left blank, or some fields contain invalid."

 

Items will not stay in the shopping cart:

 

 If items will not stay in the shopping cart it may be caused by an error which can occur between Internet Explore and our shopping cart when you visit certain pages on our website. There are several things that can be done to correct this error:

Temporarily lowering your computer’s privacy setting:

Lower the privacy level to the lowest level allows your computer to accept the most cookies. Readjust the level after completing the order if you like. For instruction on how to lower the privacy setting, or more information on cookies click here.

 

Use a browser other than Internet Explore:

Mozilla’s Firefox is a great alternative internet browser that is quickly gaining widespread acceptance. Besides being free, Firefox will not cause this error and has features Explorer does not. Download it free of charge at http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/

 

Add an item to the shopping cart from the page you enter our site before browsing other pages:

Open a new browser window, copy and paste the URL of the page you want to go to into the browser and add an item to the shopping cart before visiting any other pages. You should then be able to brows around the site and add items to the shopping cart as you wish.
